Yeah, they can. You only need to PM Matthew with the donation ID so he can transfer the donation.

 

Actually, i spoke to Nick yesterday and he informed me one Sythe member cannot donate on behalf of another Sythe member, thats what he told me anyway.

 

Oh, it seems the policy might have changed, then. I'll drop Nick a PM and find out what the final stand on it is.

To clarify you can still donate via one of the people in the donation center, grave, etc. You can also try having someone donate on your behalf and then attempt to get ahold of Matthew but it probably won't be an easy or preferred process. It's a lot better for the person to send you Paypal and then for you to donate it directly. If the person sends it to Sythe and chargesback odds are you'd lose the rank anyway. It's not risk mitigation if that's what you're looking for.
