How'd this happen :S

[Denial]

I went Afk in stormwind AH, and when I came back I had a buff called 'rally cry of the dragonslayer', who can I get it from?

Yeah happend to me alot of times,

I think its just a comon buff u get from blizz. but idk,

You might get it from a player.

It happens when someone brings back the head of Onyxia and completes the quest in Stormwind.
