As long as you are always honest and work hard, the pieces will fall into place. Do not do others wrong, even if you have been done wrong - that shows true intent and what kind of person you are. People I know on this site have personally been scammed or done wrong for large amounts of money but still persevered and continued their business and learned from it.

Payments are typically done with BTC because it is safe and irreversible. Other methods such as Paypal and Venmo are also used. Middlemen can be used to mediate the payment to ensure both sides safely get their goods/services.
