What monster?

Just looking for some advice on what monster i should train on. im 1m exp away from being maxed, 98 def right now. What monster should i kill to get the exp as fast as possible?

dont care about loot also, just fastest exp possible

 

Living Rock Creatures with 15% prayer for Strength (bring prayer pots), or Armoured Zombies if you've done quest to avoid wasting pots.

 

May I suggest that you train at the Trolls?
Use claws, you can keep refilling your spec
And theres a good bot for it.

 

Go for spiders in the stronghold, there's many of them and they're easy to kill. You could also try yaks if they're not extremely crowded, with pots you can get 70k+ experience
