Is it possible to charge back using it?

    100% safe?

Can you even dispute a Moneypak payment?

    How does it work?

If you can answer these questions and tell me even more about it, I'd be thankful.

    Thanks.

No, it's not possible to chargeback.

Recently my sister bought the MoneyPak from walgreens thinking it was an online visa gift card, and she tried to return it and she got blatantly denied. Once purchased, cannot be refunded.

They go to a store (walgreens) and purchase the moneypak (near greendot) visa gift cards, and put how much ever money they want (the amount you should be receiving), and then they give you the code on the MoneyPak, you enter it on your Paypal under 'Redeem a moneypak'.

Just like all the other giftcards etc, ONCE PURCHASED IT CANNOT BE REFUNDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES (except if bought by a stolen creditcard).

Moneypak is like a card with money on it that you can buy in the USA only.

Also, once it's purchased, the guy will give you a code, you can use the code to withdraw the funds from the card onto your own paypal account, so they cannot charge that back.

    100% safe.
    Give cashier ($50 say)
(s)he puts $50 on card, you give code to someone etc/goto moneypak website and load to paypal.
only downside imo is 4.95 for card+cant refund it.

you simply go to a store and buy the moneypak and put your desired amount on the card.
Only thing bad about moneypak is that you can only add $250.00 per year to your paypal using a moneypak. Although it can be increased to $2,000.00 per month if you provide your name, address, date of birth and Social Security Number.
When ever I receive a moneypak as payment, instead of adding it to my paypal, I file a refund on moneypak.com and they send a check to my address.

Costs $4.95, load it up to like $500 or so, $1100 at walmart. Completely safe as far as I'm aware. I don't think PayPal likes you to use them that often though, atleast as payments. $250/Year, unless you give ssn, name, etc (gotta be 18). All that shit.
