Looking to Start up a Pin Selling Business

As the title says I am looking to start a pin selling business preferrably with someone trusted and knows what they are doing.

Requirements:

-Must fill me in on how to get pins or work out a way where we can share profits. (Negotiations made later)
-Must be responsible and up to date with the shop.
-Put in equal amounts of time.
-No scamming.
-Easy to communicate with
