    Question

Let's say I'm selling an account for PayPal, and we're using MM.
If the buyer sends the money to the MM, I give account info to the buyer and the MM gives me the money.

Buyer tries to chargeback, will he chargeback the MM because it was the address sent to or what?

    Question

The MM will not take a PayPal payment for you.

He will change the accounts password and email, verify its the right account. Then the buyer will pay the seller. Then the middleman will hand over the account details.

Accounts for PayPal trades are incredibly risky, because both sides can be recovered. Having a MM only helps marginally.

    Question

In such cases, the buyer will directly send the payment to the seller once the middleman secures the trade for both parties. The middleman will not hold the payment for the buyer due to the risk of chargeback.

    Question

No MM will hold paypal. Using a MM in an account trade is folly since the original owner can still recover it at any point in time. If you don't trust the user selling the account enough to go first to them for more than the accounts worth (accounting for payment + wealth you'll put on the account) then you shouldn't purchase the account.
