Buying Prepaid Cc! Or Method How To Remove Limitation/add Bank Acc! Paying High!!!

I just sold an item for $600 and Im limited.
I need a Prepaid Banking account and will be paying up to $75 for a method or a card...
even if the card has $1 and i get verfied ill be paying $75.

my paypal is verified and its limited too, maybe just adding a bank account wont be enough to unlimit it? it could take months too
if you dont get unlimited within 180 days they will send you a check for the amount in your account
