    How to use TeamViewer.

    Introduction.

Well I'm back with another guide. Today's guide is titled "How to use TeamViewer". So let's get started.

    What is TeamViewer?

TeamViewer, also commonly referred to as TV, is a useful little program that is mainly used so that other people can help you solve computer problems remotely. It gives the helper access to your desktop, your mouse, your keyboard, etc.. People even use it here, on Sythe, to apply pins for others.

    How can I download TeamViewer?

That is simple! Just go to this page right here:

    Code:
    http://www.teamviewer.com/download/
I suggest you download the "All-In-One: TeamViewer full version" product, if you don't already have TeamViewer. Download it, execute it and install it.

    How to use it.

After you're done, open it and you'll see something like this:

You'll see that there are two main boxes, namely "Waiting for session" and "Create session".

I'll briefly explain what they mean.

Waiting for session - It means that you're waiting for someone to connect to you to help you out. They give you an ID and password, which you're supposed to tell your friend so they can connect to your computer.

Create session - It means you're going to help someone. When they give you their ID, enter it in the box so it looks something like this:

After clicking connect, they'll ask you for the password, which your friend is supposed to give you. Then voila! You're in and you can help him out.

If you're the one who's getting help, then give him the ID and password from the "Waiting for session" box. He'll be connected after he enters the ID and password. Then he can help you out with the problems.

    Frequently asked questions.

    1. Is Teamviewer free to use?
Answer: Absolutely! TeamViewer is completely free to use. If you see someone is selling TeamViewer, don't bother buying, as it is a scam.

    2. Is Teamviewer safe?
Answer: Excellent question. You should only Teamview with people that you trust. Believe it or not, if someone is helping you out, it is possible for them to freeze your computer and use it until you shutdown/disconnect from the Internet. Also, never enter sensitive information. You can bet your last dime that their computer can record whatever you're typing, as you're using THEIR keyboard to type it in.

    3. Is Teamviewer illegal?
Answer: Don't be absurd. It is perfectly legal.

    4. Is this Teamviewer a trial edition?
Answer: Yes it is. You'll have to uninstall it and reinstall it when the trial period is up.

    End.

That concludes todays guide. Thanks for reading. If you have any questions/constructive criticism, feel free to post them below.
