Step One: Go to tools, then internet options.



Step Two: Then go to Connections, then LAN Settings.



Step Three: Next, check off the box that says Use a proxy server.



Step Four: Go to hidemyass.com and take a proxy from the list.





Step Five: Enter the proxy in to the blank spots, and hit OK.

they're used for hiding your IP address on a website. It's basically as if you're searching from someone elses location, but you're still at your own house.

 

Well that can all be simplified by just using the proxy url but not bad guide, little unnecessary but can come in handy somtimes.
