Can i still upgrade my runescape membership through surfpin? Because when i try to send message it says, that number im trying to send is invalid and asks to enter 10 digit number. im trying to send HD to 64337. Please help.

Last time I checked I think there may been a hyperlink to use surfpin, but it has been a while. Try logging on runescape account > memberships > Pick PaybySMS.
