Runescape won't load, please help.

I keep trying to get on runescape and it just wont load.
I click play and it just shows a big white screen where runescape is suspose to be.
I've updated java, my window, changed from default java to the force sun java, tried the download client, and did all of the tech support suggestions.
When I use the download client it searches for updates (takes around 20minutes) and then at the top it says "fetching updates" and just sits there. I've waited literally 3hours for it to load and nothing changes...
It just started being like this like a 2days ago. Please help?

 

I see you've updated java, but have you uninstalled and then reinstalled it?

 

Also, have you simply rebooted your PC?

 

Try a simple computer restore? To like a week ago?
completely uninstall java, then re-install (If restore doesn't work)

Yea I rebooted it, its 1 of the tech support suggestions.

Well I just started runescape back like a week ago while at a friends house.
I don't know how long its been messed up on my computer =/
But, I will try to restore it.

I just found out that my mom did restore it to a time where it worked (i was getting her to fix it)
and it still doesnt work
