Can you explain more?

From what i understand, you can transfer any rare item
meaning.

Let's say I have a partyhat on one account, Would i be able to transfer it to my other account "SO EASY"?

[Il Tansta Il]

Get it verified, then I will buy it.

[Akill]

would like to know if it can do party hats as well, also how much per hour?

I'm not sure. I'd prefer money for it instead of PINs, but how about a PIN and $5? Add my msn.

What else is there to explain? You transfer one rare from one account to the other account.

I am trying, but nobody seems to want to verify it for me. Find a mod who will do it for me

As many per hour as possible. And I'm being serious.

Vouch for I Killa I. He went first, and then I found out it was patched. I refunded, and even though he lost some money in the process, he was cool about it. He's so legit, and you can trust him.

[FreedomFight]

You want to release it now that it's patched? Or maybe pm? 0o0o

[phpMyTony]

Why release it when it's patched..?
