So Skele, you haven't answered my question. The report was posted so why isn't Tyro banned? Oh that's right, you have to make sure the report is legitimate. How come I don't get a whole thread discussing the legitimatacy of a report against me or any other trusted and well-known member of the community. The fact that the report is full of pictures, well layed out and by a well-known member of the Sythe community would've been enough for me to at least issue a precautionary ban. Just admit it, you guys don't want Tyro to look bad. Don't lock the threads, we have a right to discuss it and by locking it you're only proving my point.

Bottom line is Tyro's msn scammed. Do the proper thing.

I support this 110%, Tyro msn was hack and he scam 2 runescape account(almost $200)

The screen shoots is proof that the guy got scammed, so Tyro should be banned into he pay back what needed to get unbanned.

 

If we think a scam report may be fraudulent, it will be discussed in the staff lounge until a decision has been made. The report is still being discussed and no decision has been made yet (report is still open). If a regular member were to have his msn compromised but had no scam reports against the hacked msn, they would receive the same treatment and would be unbanned. If the report is deemed legitimate, Tyro will pay back what is scammed or will be banned like any other member. If we rule that the report was fake, Drew will most likely be banned.

 

this is bull-shit and you know it, the proof is 100% real but they don't want to ban tyro

I seen other dispute like this and when they got the proof in, the sythe account get banned into they pay back what needed to get unban...

I suppport ban tyro because everyone knows th screen shots was real

I'll take you for what you're saying, how long will this "discussing" take.

 

Reports can easily be faked. A recent example would be Finn; if we had deemed it legitimate without a proper investigation, one of our best admins would've been demoted.

You used to not be bad but lately it seems as though you can't make it 10 minutes on this site without finding something wrong with nothing. I put you in the same category as shall skill and womba.

 

I got scammed by tyro's msn but didn't have time to make a report. Only reason I got scammed was because sythe was down and I couldn't read the announcement my own stupidity.

 

You don't see the big picture. It's not about Tyro's credentials, it's about Tyro getting the same punishment as everyone else who has the same thing happen to him.

I messaged skele_master as soon as it happened on MSN, but he just replied "-.-" and I thought it was my fault so I wouldn't have posted the proof either if I didn't see this thread.

On a serious note, go post in the report a scammer section.

 

Chriscross23's msn scammed me $10, and all I got was a "GL on Dispute".
Meh, It will probably get accepted anyway.

 

The whole community is watching this very close to see how the admins treat this case. Better to do what is right, then to show favoritism. If that is the case, no admin will be trusted, and this site will be done. We will be watching the investigation closely.

No, that was not the intent, rather this is important to the community to see how the admins react in this case. It just seems that others get banned asap, and have to wait a long time to get it straightened out, just saying people need to be able to trust the admins.

 

Maybe 'standards' are changing?
Administrator's decisions are final, let them do their job.
