Is there a way I can download more textures?

I would like to know if there's a way to download text textures, the design thingy, I don't know what it's called because I'm new to photoshop

If so, can anyone show me a guide on where to download and how to place it. Thanks

 

Are you talking about patterns, textures, or styles? Please be more specific. Either way I'm pretty sure you're talking about patterns. They can be downloaded here: http://www.brusheezy.com/patterns There are many other sights also. When you have it downloaded take the pattern file and place it in you Photoshop->Presets->Patterns folder. Finally load the pattern in photoshop by going into the blending options of a layer and clicking on the patterns tab.
