Making New RuneScape Pure/Skiller - Ideas, Recommendations

Hey Guys!

I decided to make a Pure/Skiller account.
Make money by skilling, then stake for fun to make bank

I am wondering what an amazing pure staker would be?

I was planning on getting 99 Prayer for 200M with Gilded Altar+Frost Dragon Bones.

But then again, I don't want to mess anything up.

Please give me some feedback.
I have started skilling, but in times I don't want to skill, I would like to train+Quest.
What is the best combat to train for a good staker?
Strength? Attack?

99 str, 80 attack for chaotic, 95 prayer for turm
1 summoning, 1 defence or maybe like 20 for prossy

 

I suggest 25 prayer, and 85+ str

 

Ok. Would 95 or 99 prayer make a difference? I mean if I would go to 95, might as well go to 99.

as far as I know, there is no extra prayers after 95, So if you wanted the 99 cape and can afford it then go for it, I just think cause you get no extra prayers that it would be wiser to invest that extra cash saved from 95-99 prayer and Use it on like magic,range or herblore

That's impossible. I believe the lowest defence level you can obtain with turmoil (normally) is 28 Defence.

Protect your chaotic weapons.

I'm making a CVLS pure w/ chaotic staff
24 Attack
99 Str
99 HP
80 Magic
80 Dungeon.

Max hit with CVLS = 420 (With strength amulet)
Max hit with Chaotic Staff = 327

This build would require a lot of time however..

Combat = 64

You could always swap the CVLS with an obby maul too.
Max hit with obby maul = 339

 

why do you want 99 prey on your pure go no prey bro it works best for me

My first intention was to have a 99 Prayer Skiller

Im in it for more "staking" wise than PKing, as I can't PK at all. Don't know what's used best, what potions to combine, what attack styles and prayers to switch on and off etc...

How are you planning for 99 HP?
99 Magic is pretty boss

I intended it to be a 99Pray Skiller, but now decided into making it an ownage skiller/staker.

That is some crazy ass shit rite there!

 

Well unfortunately you can only get 80 Magic or so without screwing up the balance, and you'd only be limited to melee combat really.

But damn you could finish off players near half hp.

I'm obtaining zeals for 99 HP.

 

Make a progress log regardless, but I'd say make a d-claws rusher! They are gnarly. Get 85 mage for teleblock, 60 att for claws, and 85 str at least. Your combat level will be like 65 and you'll be hitting insane specs! Good Luck!

 

Okay.

I've decided to slowly train my pure, firstly going to train/switch off Strength and Attack.
Will go 20 Strength, 10 Attack, 40 Strength, 20 Attack and so on.

Will make a progress log probably tomorrow in the Log forum
Will link to it in here, and in my signature.
It will be Pure/Skiller log.
I want to make a really GOOD one

The best type of staking is maxed cmb or ranging staking 78 ranging, 99 constitution.

 

Max melee box/rapier (optional)

99 attack
99 strength
99 defense
99 hp
1 pray
1 mage
1 range
80 dung (optional)

 

Might go for the Max combat :/
Don't know yet.
