Should I get my pure membership now or later

Here are my stats:
40 attack
70 str
40 range
25 mage
1 def

Should i get membership now or after i get higher stats. If higher stats then what stats should i get highe before going into members

 

get as high as you can today, then tomorrow get membership and use the 2.7x exp to the best as you can.

 

what is double xp?

 

This allows you to get double experience points while training. It drains as you use to though. It depends if your going to bot or not, if your going to bot sw I'd say get 75 str so you can better zeal xp, then bot 75-99 str with sw.

 

no matter what members is always going to be faster xp for combat or other skills
so why not

 

Members is always worth it at any level, much faster and easier to level any stat p2p than in f2p.
