Thought Ide share that at the obelisk during a game memory/RAM consumption is at about 500 - 800MB- average about 700MB- depending on the time of the day. Here is an example, of the character not even at the obelisk (most crowded) yet:

I have two instances running for 2 bots.

So for each account you want to bot, expect to reserve 700MB of memory. 800 to be safe because around lunchtime it happens.
and you do NOT use over 70% of your available memory because your whole computer lags like shit and slows to a crawl if you do so.

For other bots, in lower populated areas the requirement is around 200 - 250MB per account you bot. Like for example, Green Dragons, autotanner, autoplanker, etc.

If you plan to buy a computer, look at something like this:

Processor: E2200/3200/5200/5300/6300 and further up beginning with "E". E5300 is the sweet spot and can take on new high end games like Crysis too and makes your everyday life easier and is the best deal. E2200 is the lowest you go- it's perfectly fine for Runescape but maybe will have a bit of slowdown in newer intense games. To be honest when you're playing runescape none of them would really make a big difference but it's always nice to pay like 10 bucks more and be able to play other high demand games too and make your everyday life easier

When it starts with "E" it's a Dual Core. Each account you auto takes about 60-70% of a single core, so expect to be able to bot up to 3 accounts at a time with these.

I said a Dual Core can handle 3 bots right, so if you want to run 6 get a Quad core, and i7 if you want 12. Just make sure you have enough memory

RAM/Memory: Nowadays at least 3GB with Windows 7 or Vista. If you have XP you'll live with 2GB. That is for only one bot running at a time. For every extra account you want to bot at soul wars add another GB. E.g. Want to bot 2 accs at soul war? You'll need 4GB. You never use over 70% of your total RAM or your whole computer lags like shit

Pretty much it.. other stuff won't matter much for Runescape. However:

Video card: If you want to play Runescape in full HD make sure you have a graphics card that's separate, NOT intergrated (built-in). If you wanna play high-end games too at their glorious quality and enjoy Blurays and HD video without lag, here is what I recommend for each price range:
$20-30: ATI Radeon 3450 (Don't expect to play any intense games with this. It will handle Runescape HD and Blurays fine but will suck balls for something like Fallout 3. Buy this only if you're poor and your current computer doesn't have anything else)
    $50-60: ATI Radeon 4650
$70-80: ATI Radeon 4670 (Definitely worth it over the top one), or Nvidia GeForce 8800GS or 9600GSO
$100: ATI Radeon 5670 (it's exactly the same as 4670 IMO except this one supports DirectX11. If you don't know what that is don't bother.)
$100-120: ATI Radeon 4850 or Nvidia GTS 250
$130-150: ATI Radeon 5850 / 4870 or Nvidia GTX 260 (5850 has directx11 but again if you don't know about it just get the 4870 it'll be better for you)
This is all I'll list, don't think you would buy anything more expensive. These are quiet easy to install, you have a slot in your board and usually only one and you slide it in screw in the side and bam you're done.

Another thing is it's better to build your own computer since you can install your own fan controller, better cooling and such for saving money, making it look cooler, and having lower temperatures so it stays safe to be on 24/7 when you're always rotating and botting multiple accounts. I mentioned fan controller because notice when you're working out your computer it always gets really noisy with the fan turning up

Nevertheless it's a great bot.. one of the best Ide say.
