How to send money to belarus/russia?

Sanctions are preventing me from paying a developer of mine, looking for options? Crypto is not one sadly.

 

You could potentially use a form of swapping service provider on here. Pay them in PP/venmo/cashapp, etc. and let them pay your developer via crypto. Kind of odd that crypto isn't an option, I'm curious as to why?
