How to screw around with your/a friends desktop

Ok, Im not sure if this guide has been done before or not (i remember vaguely it had been "mentioned" in a thread before the rollback)

(by mentioned i mean, not the guide, but some1 mentioning they did the same thing)

Ok, To start you will need to take a print screen of the desktop in question. Like So:

Now that you have a picture of the desktop (note: have all programs closed etc..) copy the ENTIRE picture into paint, and save it.



Now its time to take all your desktop icons, and drag them all into a new folder.



Now right click your background, go into "arrange icons by" and click "grid off".



Now take the folder with the icons, (and recycle bin, as u cant remove it off the desktop), and drag them as far as you can out of view.





Now its time to right click your TASKBAR and uncheck the option to LOCK your taskbar.



Drag the taskbar down, out of view.



Now, Pretty Simple. Right Click the desktop (which should be fully empty now except for the background, and change the backgrounds picture to the print screen you took.



I did this on my friends computer, and he spent 4 hours trying to figure out what was wrong as being a "self proclaimed" computer genius, he could use programs by opening them thru "run program" in command prompt.

After i showed him though, he went a lil beserk

I did it to my mom and she's still trying to figure out what's going on. She's already restarted her comp like 4 times lol.
