How To Remove Recovery Questions From Your Account

Go to RuneScape's main page and click on Account > Account Management



Scroll down to the bottom and click on 'Recover Password'.



Type in your username and click on 'Submit'.



Click on 'Recover A Stolen Password'.



If you have an e-mail address registered, then type in your address in this screen. Enter it, and then check your mail for a code. This code will help your chances of having a successful recovery.



Now you'll get this. Fill up all the information, and if most of the answers are correct then your recoveries will be gone. The code you received earlier is used in this step.
