Need help on Newly built PC.

Currently breadboarding my PC, it turns on, 1 short beep then 4 rapid beeps.

This is what is on the monitor:

The issue is that it's not picking up my keyboard and i have no idea why.

Tried clearing cmos, tried all the USB slots. Any suggestions?

Pretty sure there are two different problems, first if it's 3/4 beeps it's most likely memory problems, you touched your ram or something ?

If it's 5/6 beeps then it's probably connections which can be causing USB not able to detect your keyboard.

To the Keyboard part i would recommend to try with other component like mouse or w.e and check if it works, if not, then it's probably some problem with jumpers/connections.
