How to recover my account WITHOUT knowing registered email nowadays?

So yeah, haven't been on rs for like half on year or smth.. forgot my password and i kinda lost control of my email, well it was some random email i used to use just for rs and i forgot password for that too, so yeah, the thing is, new system only lets to recover with email, what the hell should i do now? thanks...

 

Enter random email 3 times, then try to recover manually with the normal recovery questions and all the details. If your IP is same, you might get a greater chance to get it recovered back.

 

Theres 6 trys and they block me after i use those..

 

you have to email [email protected].

send them all of your information, ip, recovery questions, date created, etc. inform them you don't know the email anymore, include the email you want them to send your recovery link to.

 

I had to do this after 3 years of not playing. Simply tell them off in the section "Any additional information" and you should be fine, lol.

 

Go to the account help section on runescape forums and post in the appropriate thread. A jmod will remove the current email and allow you to do a manual recovery. You'll need to own another account to post on the forums, so just make a new trial account or something, or ask a friend to post for you.

 

Don't do this. I emailed them 3 times when I was in the exact same predicament and I didn't get a reply within 2 months, seriously.

I did get my problem solved however. Go onto the forums and account help. There should be a thread called something like "Feedback on staff" or something similar. If you log in and post there saying how disappointed you are in the team, and that you've emailed before with no response, say that you'll cancel your membership if they don't resolve it. I'm serious this works, I got my problem solved doing this. Jagex HATES bad feedback, and they will do anything to resolve it.

I had to E-mail a Jmod after they replied to my post on the thread, she was very nice and helped me straight away and replied to me within 5 minutes, now I have no registered email, or can register a new one!

post here, even though your account hasn't been hijacked, its still a way to get your account back, i hope you didn't sell it and want to scam that user though.

Then your account was obviously shared and exploited.

If they don't email you back its generally because your account is some sort of a rule breaker, i.e rwt or account sharing, that email is valid and they do email back, generally between a week.

 

Not at all, the account was never botted on, and was never 'shared or exploited', nor did it have ANY blackmarks... My registered E-mail was valid I just couldn't remember it because I added it a few years ago. I was just trying to help and give a successful resolution to the problem as it worked for me.

If you E-mail them you just get put to the bottom of their huge list of E-mails they get each day. If you go to the forums directly then they will help quicker.
