I have a guide at home on my computer, I'll post it when I get a chance..

For now, I would suggest sites like http://www.sweetfreestuff.com/

Just sign up for everything and use the categories part on the left to pick what samples you can get. I know it's not necessarily bad because "you" get free samples, but you're best bet with something like this is to send bulky items.

An even better way is to send boxes. If the person is in the US, you can get the US Postal Service to send boxes to your address. You can have like 500 boxes delivered and stuff. Do it a few times and that's a decent amount of boxes.

    Link is here.

I wouldn't use anything from the post office. If you get caught it is a federal offence.

How exactly would you get caught? If they show up at your door, just be like "I didn't order anything." If you send the boxes to someone else, it's not like they're gonna get an IP on the person who used the USPS site and track them down. If they just leave the boxes and don't say anything, win.

I would think with the amount you specified, someone would catch on. I would if I was the person loading the mail truck, or the poor mailman that has to make multiple trips from his truck to the front door.
