How to raise the highest stat?

Hello, I own my server, and it's pretty fun.
But I want it to be more of a challange, and i've tried to raise the max stat many times but I failed.

So could anyone point me in the right direction?

He doesn't mean just for himself you inbred moron...
He means for the whole server so they can train above 99 im not 100% sure.. If you want to edit your's you can just go to your character file and add whatever number you want for your level... you could have 999999999999999999999999999999999999999999 strength if you wanted.
