Paypal Help

Ok so I recently made an America paypal. I planned on using a credit card from Netspend.com to send the cash. I then learned that Canadian and Australian paypals don't need anything to send cash. I have $220 on this paypal which I need to get off. Does anyone know a legit site to get a VCC from? Or any ideas on how to buy one online? I am only 17 so keep that in mind. Or if anyone would let me use a VCC they have for a day. Just to apply it, send the cash, then remove it and close the paypal I would give you some cash yourself. I am not on much anymore so just send me a pm via sythe and post here. Msn is not something I have access to much.

 

First of all, what is a VCC? Visa Credit Card?

Well netspend no longer works with paypal (according to that guide creator) so anyone else?

A visa prepaid will SOMETIMES work.
Make sure you're not getting the vanilla ones.

well for a prepaid card in a store (just to send money not even verify)

Its usually $7.95 and you have to have atleast $10 on it. = $17.95

Yet it doesnt verify it just lets u send money, and u have to leave ur house.
