How to purchase bonds for cheaper than official price?

Hello all. There is a lot of outdated and scattered information about this topic elsewhere on the internet, but I am curious about how to buy bonds cheaper than the official price on the Rs website. I have heard that people are using VPNs to change their country to a cheap country like Mexico or India, or signing up for bank accounts or credit cards in different countries, or manipulating Steam to somehow accept a different currency to buy keys and membership (although I have also heard that it's not that good anymore since Steam recently removed Turkey Lira as a payment method).

It seems that some of these methods don't work anymore or are hard to figure out how to work now. How are you guys buying bonds for cheaper than official price? I would like to buy bonds in a way that is at least slightly not as rule breaking as RWT even if it is more expensive so that I can sell them on the GE for gold. I was recently hit with a RWT (Warning) for just buying gold so I'm trying to find fast and safe ways to get my gold up.

 

Its the country changing for sure but I highly doubt people are going to give the methods that are making them thousands of dollars. You can get a VPS or VPN that's out of the US and try to consistenty purchasing them and see how it goes.

 

I don't think people are getting bonds below GE value atm. "Codes" are just bonds as well, sometimes its cheaper to buy membership with RS3 gp, sometimes its cheaper to buy membership with 07 gp, other than that back to purchasing bonds, the only way you'd get bonds from jagex way below price is fraud sadly.

 

I've read on reddit that this is hard to get working unless you have a credit card or bank account in the country you set the VPN to, and also people have been hit later on when they turn off the VPN and Jagex sees the account is being gamed on back in the original country and then they disable the account until you pay off the difference in original currency. This and other problems.

I bought premier membership with bonds bought in-game. I don't really like the codes because they are only for 14 days and don't get the premier bonuses. As far as fraud... we're already all RWTers, so might as well do what we can using VPN or Steam manipulation if there's a safe(r) method to getting cheaper bonds.

 

I don't know if anyone still using the Lira method for bonds. Some people do the Steam deal with a foreign proxy for multi-month membership deals. It's just annoying to do. Most people redeem bonds in game for 14-day codes. It's a fairly easy script to make.
Hard things is... Jagex limited this activity to three bonds per week. Really makes it annoying to do now.

 

I just want the actual bonds cheap so I can sell them for gold or use them for keys redemption or other stuff in the Marketplace that requires bonds. Also, why is three bonds a week annoying? You get mem for 14 days each bond, what's the annoying part?

 

You can only buy 3 bonds a week and redeem them for codes per account. Check out the recent update. Not sure if you know what i'm even talking about.

 

Don't take this to heart.. But thats a bit of a larger leap than I think you realize going from selling gold to committing international fraud. Im not saying dont do either, but I think you should know.

 

I understand what you're saying, but apparently this is frequently done with no problems just by testimonies on the reddit. I just want to know how to as well.

 

Sorry, how can you make ''thousands of dollars'' if your bond price from Jagex is a bit lower than usual?
