What quests are needed to have an account NMZ afk training ready? And if it's possible, Are there specific quests to train without needing to use prayer?

 

Are you training melee? What weapon do you plan on using? Without protect from melee youll either have to use absorbtion pots or youll have to use guthans and the quests are different for both.

 

If you're planning on using absorption potions, then you need:
Vampire Slayer
Tree Gnome Village
Mountain Daughter or Grand Tree
Lost City
Fight Arena

I'd recommend 43 prayer too as getting the points at the start is pretty rough if you are the minimum stats.

 

Wait what does absorption potion do?
I'm a zerker with 70 str and I want to train str to 99.

I'll be using whip I guess?

Absorption potion is like artificial damage. So you don't need to pray and you basically pot up to 1K damage taken. After you've taken 1K damage you just use more absorptions if you have, otherwise you take real damage. This is obviously coupled with overload potions which is like a huge combat boost if you don't know.

 

u cant train only strength with whip - i'd recommend sara sword

 

Oh yeah use Sara Sword or if you can afford, Abyssal Bludgeon.

Those are the quests I do on a fresh account, as there are other quests that give you NMZ bosses.

How much str XP/hr will I get if I finished those quests and went with it?

 

I can't remember at the top of my head but at the early levels it was like 50-60k and later on you get like 80-95k if I remember correctly.

Thank you for everything dude just one thing, What is a recommended gear for a zerker afking NMZ training str?

 

If you can for the prayer period as you will need to collect points to buy absorption pots I'd recommend buying prayer bonus gear like initiate or whatever based on what you can afford. Once you have enough points, then I'd recommend highest strength bonus with def you can get, so like strength torso and defender with armor.

 

Can hardly see a zerker lasting long enough to get 99 str anytime soon on absorption. Just buy 2k prayer pots, initiate, fury or torture ammy, zerker ring I, holy sandals, sara sword, zerker helm and run 7 overloads and the rest prayer pots and sit back and enjoy. Should be able to do 99 with 2k pots no issue
