How to play runescape on Mac OsX

Anybody know how i get runescape to play. I cant download the client i have no idea why any other way i have a mac book osx.

 

Have you thought of using runescape on a web-browser?

I was on runescape with my sister's mac book and it worked

 

I have a MB Pro, OS X, if you just use the browser based one, then it works perfectly. Go to www.runescape.com and click on "play now" should work.

Haven't tried to use the DL version though.

Perhaps you should see if your java is updated?

 

What browser was that ? I have firefox but it dosent seem to be working.

 

I go on the runescape website, and then when I click "Play Free" , it gives me a black screen then proceeding with a Java Pop-Up to allow the RS Client, and then after that it will load up.

I have a Macbook Pro OS X Mountain Lion.

 

Everytime i try to update java it says not compatible.

Ahhh i got it all working thanks guys. had to download google chrome.
