    How to personally edit your logon screen (Another way)
    download reshack http://www.angusj.com/resourcehacker/

    Go into C:/WINDOWS/System32/logonui.exe
    (Open that in reshacker)

    Then just edit the bitmaps to how you see fit then save it, reboot and it will be changed to how you want it to be!

    simple yet effective
