How to perform recovery test now?

How do you do a recovery test now? The recovery thing only gives you 6 email tries and that is it. But people still have been recovering their accounts from us with only the information....

Anyone know?

 

I knew this would be the case.

I can tell you now you can send an email to the account help section with the relevant information and they give you the account back.

Yea but none of these answer my questions... I when performing a recov test you cant take 3 days for runescape to even reply to you.

im having the same problem, i forgot the email to my old account i wanted to bot on when i get my comp and i did the 6 attempts and then it just says failed, like wtf. on another note get on msn bro i gotta ask you some shit

Friends of mine, very famous/rare name runescape characters have recovered accounts that are not theirs and definitely not from the same IP on which they were created on.

 

I'm having this problem too, can't seem to find a method that leads to the recovery information page.

After 6 email attempts it says I'm permitted from submitting another recovery for 1hour. I think Jagex is doing this now to prevent account sales.

 

But see this is a pain not only for acc sales but for my pawn shop... Loan gp for the account and they recover it back. Sure you ban them but where is your gp? gone...
