uploading songs to a rokr e8

So I got the rokr e8 yesterday, and was trying to figure out how to upload the songs onto that shit.

I got the cable to work on the phone and plugged it into my computer, all it had was picture shit asking me what pictures to copy or upload. I couldn't find anything about how to add music to the phone's memory card, and the instructions on the manual are also vague, telling me to use windows media player 11 so I can sync songs and upload it onto the phone.

The bottom line is, I need help in trying to figure out how to upload songs to the rokr e8..ffs
Any help?
