    Vouch for Pain Killer. He sold me his guide on how to never lose items in pvp/bh. He went first and the trade went very smoothly and based on logic the guide should work.
    There are 3 important things to note however:
    You still lose untradeables.
    You must pat special attention to tge first step.
    You NEED a friend of around your combat level.
