A very short guide but interesting nonetheless. Thanks for the share.

    How to Meditate!

Pretty interesting guide you have here. Honestly did not expect to see a guide like this on sythe but it's pretty cool. I thought meditation was done in the first stance you have shown not the second one?

As for criticism I think that your guide was sort of short. You could easily expand on this a bit, which I think would really help. You could also spruce it up a tad by adding colors and coordinating it a bit better. The thing that troubles me the most is at the end you put
If you're writing a guide on something you know you should have confidence and not have to worry about that.

    Overall pretty interesting, good job.

Meditation has many different poses, varying between the different forms of meditation. The pose in the former picture is the Burmese position, while the latter pose is the Rock pose. I do realize the guide is short; I am trying to expand.

To address the correction part; I am mainly referring to grammatical and spelling errors. I know a lot about Raja Meditation (not sure why...) and I am confident that the content of my guide is accurate. That annotation is poorly worded. I can see how it may seem somewhat ambiguous!

Thanks for reading my guide. :)
