linksys router and a westwell modem. ill give the exact model later currently at school.

over the past few months all the computers in the house wired/wireless gets dropped all the time (internet) i usally half to do a power cycle (on/off) on both modem/router to get the ability to get back online, sometimes it works and usually i get dropped again 5-10 min later. i have switched routers and modem usally allows me to have internet for couple of days then it gets dropped. so i switch the modem/ router on a cycle every few days. thought it may be an attack of so sort cause i do get alot of packets sent out.

    note
everything was working fine untill i switched to att dsl. was using wireless.
    5 wired connection/6 wireless connection

Try switching channels, and little more details please. You can reset ur router settings simply by pushing reset button for few seconds until it resets to default. Is ur network protected? Wep/wpa? Mac filtration?

To be completely Honest with you linksys Is a horrible router, I bought one almost 4 Months ago and returned it the same day due to the same issues you're having, There's firmware problems inside the modem which allow it to communicate with the receivers throughout your house, the best option would be to return it if you can and buy a Netgear, they send out a strong signal and overall I have had no problems since, also check and make sure your receivers are running the right card.. for example if your router's "N" make sure your receivers are "N" also, having a "G" on an "N" will limit it's maximum potential.
