Chaotic Rapier V Chaotic LongSword

Which would be best overall and which is best pking, staking etc??

 

Rapier.

CLS is only really for bossing.

 

Rapier all the way, except for gwd and a few other bosses

 

Rapier, is mostly for slayer and playerkilling

cls can also be used for playerkilling and boss's such as bandos

Rapier , Best IMO it is awesome.

 

So, you guys are basically saying i should get the rapier as i will be using the rapier for DDS matches along with the SOL spec. I will take it to bandos or should i use a whip instead.

Rapier for training, pking, fighting low defense or none.
Maul for bosses, just ignore cls

 

Yup as said above, Unless you're Monster Hunting rapier is definitely the way to go. Longsword is great for if you're going to be mainly Monster Hunting though.

 

Fair point there mate, i have seen a lot of people using SOL spec then using CLS, should i use rapier after SOL spec or CLS, obviously i still need a few more tokens to get either one.

 

Well Longsword hits slower but is stronger
Rapier hits fast but is slower than a CLS
Since youre no armoring rapier gets my vote

P.S SOL spec only works when you keep SOL equipped, unless you know the bug/glitch

Taking SoL off removes the effect. Unless you are trying to eat a spec or something, not a good idea.
Rapier imo. While the LS is better at certain things, the Maul is better than the LS.

 

Completely forgot that the SOL spec will not have effect when i remove it but still, dds and rapier or SOL?

 

Rapier is better dps at just about everything. CLS is only good for boss hunting.

i have cls myself, took it cuz i was like 900th person to get dung 80 (for 200k tokens) and so wasnt sure what to pick. if i had a choice to repick id definately take the rapier. Rapier dps> Long dps. (damage per second)

I would go with maul because it combo's nasty and its an all purpose weapon while the other 2 are good in there own fields such as PVP for CLS and Pking for Rapier

 

I believe the general consensus is that the rapier is better.
