Editing help

I need help editing out text from this image , You can teach me how to do this
on paint/photoshop however helps or you can do this for me please. It's pretty simple what i need help to do but I never used photoshop or anything to remove text from pictures without ruining the picture

I need to remove the text above the barcode without ruining the whole thing. I'm happy to educate from you if you like.

 

Pretty basic. If you look really good after, you might see a something's not as it shall. But I hope you don't mind.

Sorry, I thought you wanted the bar code gone, so, I re-edited it and removed the part you wanted to be removed.
