If you train defense a little higher, you can range aviansies in GWD. Other than that, you can hunt red chinchompas.

 

If you get 85 dungeoneering you can farm frost dragons for their bones. It is currently one of the best gold farming methods in RS.

 

You can fish monkfish until 90, then do rocktail.

 

If you're not wanting to train many skills, go to Living rock gold, and get 99 mining there
