How to make images links

Ok, Im trying to make buttons on cs2 for my sig.. So like.. When you click.. My thread button it will link you to my thread.. Could someone explain how this can be done ?

Not very hard at all. You just need to add a few BB Codes...

Are you talking like how if you upload an image to imageshack and you get the url tags around it? If so, then you can just edit to [url=whatyouwantforyourlinkhere]
