How to make a rune tank?

I just made a new acc, and im planning to make it into a rune tank. Im gonna do rock crabs till lvl 4o ranged, but when I reach lvl 40 should I bot at range guild? How do I train my hp. Should I pc my hp when I reach 70 ranged?

Any ideas would be helpful.

when working range, i have no problem getting my hp's up. my pure is lvl 1 alll combat skills, lvl 74 range and lvl 61 constitustion. not bad at all
