basically we tried to do a drive through scream....
i ordered 2 cups of water. i screamed prematurely while taking the first water...reversed back to get the other..and the jack in the box employee threw the water at me.

also: i know what we did was fucking retarded. im not mad about it and completely realize what we got was what we deserved. needless to say, i will never go back to that jack in the box. ever. again.

 

Probably, it was obvious they were attempting to throw/spill it; there wasn't any accidental incident.

It could of fucked up your car/phone (DON'T TEXT AND DRIVE)/radio badly, so yeah, you could if something broke. And with a chain like JITB, you could make a healthy settlement.

 

In America you can sue for anything. That could simply go under as assault. But yeah you had it coming to you

If you really want to, there's no harm in trying. However, if I'd worked there, I would have done the same. They probably get so many pranks a week, and it would annoy me to Hell.

No lawyer with any sense would take the case. You suffered no damages and your intent was to cause damage. If you bring the case I hope you get arrested for criminal mischief and contempt for wasting court time. The American justice system is so backed up with frivolous and retarded lawsuits where people are trying to extort money from other people that it is ridiculous.
