In this tutorial, I will be showing you how to get free and paid anti-viruses and teach you how you can keep your computer clean from viruses.
If you haven't already I'd highly recommend you scan your computer with http://housecall.trendmicro.com/]TrendMicro Housecall (you don't have to download anything).
After your done scanning you will get a list, Delete all your Viruses and try to go through and fix the vulnerability it list.
Now download Spybot Search and Destroy. Download Here
This is a very useful program when a virus tries to create anther file or attach itself to something it will warn you.
