The main attribute to becoming the best you can be is self determination, Most people commonly do not achieve well with active due to the fact we don't train or practice enough, most of us enjoy hanging out or playing computer :D but if your self determined and plan times for you to focus on something to help you become the best you can be in it then sure go at it and try you hardest

Here is a couple easy steps to becoming to best you can be

Step 1 : Pick something that you are really interested in you don't want to be doing something on a daily basis that you are not really into, so find something that you can enjoy doing and your able to do it pretty much every day no hassle, for example i am very interested in soccer, i currently play Representative league and the main attributes for me being able to play my best is being fit and how well i can work with a ball

Step 2 : Making sure you have the write equipment for it, you always want to have the right gear to do it, just like anything else you need the right stuff to do you best, so get all the equipment you need, Its good to have a Ipod which has music this keeps you even more entertained while you do your activity's

Step 3 : Being sure your going to keep to it, and repeat it day after day, this is the hardest bit about it, we do it for one or two days and stop, the best way i found was having a reminder set on my phone, at 6 o clock which was good for me as i usually got home from school and mates houses, A reminder is the best way, or pretty much hope that you will remember

Step 4 : Focusing and achieving more, dont stop after you've done it, make it harder and faster achieve the best you can then make it harder,
currently i was running 5kms a day i did this for 2 days and found it to easy at the moment i run 13kms a day in 40minutes and still do sport 4 times a week :) pretty good for a 15 year old

Anyway that is my 4 Step guide to Achieving your goals in sports / fitness

This is such a short and very broad guide. It's like you're trying to make it like you know what you're talking about but you really don't.

Please improve by adding quality insight, studies, and pictures that aren't goggled.

Agreed. Also, the subject is very broad. I honestly don't see this as a guide, but it looks like you spent a while on it so I give A for effort.

I'm assuming you mean googled? How is he supposed to get pictures that aren't googled? Take it himself with a camera? That'd be kind of hard since this is a real-life subject.

Your "Guide to muscles" was more "guidy" than this but most of it wasn't your work, such as the video.

i'd recommend adding that you should pick a sport that you love, and play with a passion, as this helps that work ethnic that you need, and if you truly love your sport and determined, dont listen to music... you want to find the problems you have and solve them, not listen to music..

The guide is short, lacks grammar, and makes no sense. In half of your paragraphs, you explain the same exact things twice, just with different wording. Oh wait, there isn't even enough paragraphs to say twice. Too short and in my opinion, pointless.

Anyone can achieve in something, they just have to enjoy and work at what they are ahcieving, thats it.

There you go, your whole guide explained right there in 19 words.

Sorry for being so tough, but this is worse than my first couple of guides, so I am ashamed. :(
