Issues setting up Java

Well here is my classpath

CLASSPATH=C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_13\bin;%CLASSPATH%;

And here is what I added onto the end of my path

C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_13\bin;

What am I doing wrong? I downloaded Apache Ant but when I try to run the files in the bin it says java is no where to be found, and when I try to run my server it says mainclass is required and has all this other crap. Where did I go wrong? I am pulling my hair out right now >_<
