Should i wear a Runite crossbow & Zammy book or a Dark bow?

wear rune crossbow, the darkbow is overpriced and not good enough

Both are too slow imo.
I'd rather keep the Runite Crossbow in my invent using a regular crystal/magic bow.
Whip it out when needed for high hits lol
