Please help me.. (youtube help)

Well hi everyone and thanks for your attention. I was wondering how some users audio doesn't get removed for copyright laws.. I see lots of videos in which the audio for the video has been removed due to "copyright claim" So how do other well known users use well known audio? Is there anyway to get the audio approved to be used in a video? PLEASE PLEASEE HELP!

It does not get reported or that song can be used anywhere.

 

Most of the time it's those big major record companies that will claim a copyright claim with Youtube. I also had a music video up on Youtube and a few days later the blocked the audio. I believe it's mostly with audio that has a copyright already placed. There really isn't any way around it because if you want to use their song you would have to ask the person that created the song first which might be impossible and it's against Youtube's terms.

Try to use a different song that isn't copyrighted.

 

All you can do is give the artist credit in the vid and in description and cross your fingers.

I use my brothers band for my songs so i have no worries

 

Please don't spam.

I've seen high viewed copyrighted videos that in description claim that it's not their content and put who owns it. ^_^
