how to get pid?

what is the best way to get a good pid? do u know any free VPN's that are good to get a good pid?

 

Most free VPN's I've checked out don't really have a good pid, you may be lucky and find one with a good pid but I wouldn't really bother using a VPN unless the IP's roughly xxx.xxx.8.20 or below etc

 

Try CyberGhost VPN, it has a couple that give you the advantage, though not by much.

I use it and gotten a 160.2/64.3

I may seem like an idiot, but I hear about pid everywhere.
What exactly is pid?
And what makes it beneficial?

 

Pid is what determines your place in the game (player identification) in the 2009+ versions of RS, pid was determed by just relogging, and you were give a number from 1-2000(2000 being the best).
Examplelayer 1 has higher pid>player 2, in a stake this would mean the first/last hit, in a drop party you would get the item before player 2, even training agility, you would get through the pipe if you both clicked on the same time.

Now in 2007, pid is determined by IP, the best possible IP address is a 3rd set divisible by 8 and the last set the lowest number possible. The ideal IP xx.xxx.8.0.

Correct, in EoC PID is still assigned on login however.

the premium version is a VPN and you can choose and see the ip's.
