Signature pictures that have multiple buttons

hey guys, I was wondering how do you make signatures that have multiple buttons that are attached to links on the picture? Like on the picture it says: vouches, pures, gold farming, cats etc...when you click on each one it goes to a different thread... What file format is this/and or how do you do it?

 

It's multiple images, each hyperlinked to other links.

Like;

[img&url1][img&url2]
[img&url3][img&url4]

etc

Haha, I'll break it down for you. Let's just use the first two.
You'll start out with the standard code. It's
'[url=link][img]image code[/img][/url]'
That's what you'll use. Now for each one, you're going to need to use that code and fill it out separately. You'll also need to have your image cropped into the different sections that you're going to link to individually.
If you want them side by side, don't use spaces. If you want them on top of another, hit enter.
