Cant upload my gif Avatar

Hey guys,

someone created a gif for me to use it as an Avatar, its 200x200, 900kbs(not the current one I have, with it I had no problems, its much smaller, maybe that's why?)
But I cant upload it, it just loads and loads, and nothing happens/changes...

I tried to use ezgif to compress it a bit or delete frames, so the file size is lower. It decreased to like 400-500kb, the funny thing: when I try to upload that, it shows an error "max size for file is 1 mb", but with the 900kb file not. I guess that's another bug, but it doesnt really give me a hint what could solve my problem..


Any tips what I could be doing wrong?

After many, many attempts it somehow upload it successfully but as you can see its in 150x150, although I dont even have a 150x150 version of this pic. As a 25$ donor I should be able to upload a 200x200, right?

 

150x150 is the max size shown on posts, 200x200 is what shows when you click on your profile

you should also go into user center and enable your larger avatar perk

@ConfusedGhost just fyi its your job to get the avatar to work for your client, would appreciate it if i didnt have your clients dming me asking to fix your mess thanks

 

How is it my job when the problem is on Sythe avatar upload system?
