Creating a marketplace to buy/sell/rent YouTube channels---is this allowed?

Hello-

I am in the process of creating a bidding platform where people who want to sell their youtube channel can go to and allow others to purchase it, like eBay.
I will also be adding a feature that will act as the marketplace where people can post their channel and advertisers can come and places bids on videos with lots of views in order to get thier link placed in the description box.

I have read about people getting banned from youtube for selling their channels, but have also read that it is only illegal to sell partner channels.


Does anyone have any info on the likelyhood of people getting banned for selling/buying/renting out youtube channels?

Well seeing as it's property of Youtube I'm pretty sure it's not allowed in the first place. I don't think I've heard of accounts getting banned for it though.
